In November, we held our first Learner Forum hosted by our very own apprentices.
The purpose of the forum was to invite our learners to share their personal views, experiences and share new ideas with regards to their apprenticeship journey so far! It was a fun-filled day full of activities, competitions and prizes. We not only wanted to receive feedback from our learners, but also to inspire our own apprentices to take on a new challenge and inspire them to discover their full potential.
Prior to the forum, the apprentices expressed an interest in networking with other learners to make friends and gain an insight in to other learner journeys so far. This was the perfect opportunity and all who attended got a lot from the day.
During the day, the apprentices created a Hawk Positivity Tree, the tree symbolises achievements and success through inspirational quotes for apprenticeships. Congratulations to our quote winners:

Feedback from the forum was very valuable and our apprentices were able to present your feedback to all staff during our Staff Development Day.
