As we approach Monday’s lifting of lockdown restrictions, there is an inevitable excitement and relief in the air, however equally, this has also been met with some trepidation, a sense of nervousness from many, and understandably so. Having been forced to live a sheltered existence for over a year, we are now being asked to go back to normal.

It's been a tough year for everyone so it's vital that we manage this lifestyle transformation with caution, especially given that the virus is still prevalent.
