National Apprenticeship Week 2021

Written by Oisin Fahim | 16/02/21 13:00

Thank you to everyone who helped make this year's unique National Apprenticeship Week such a success, in spite of the challenges that we continue to face as a nation.

It's been a year of resilience within the sector and we were excited to celebrate the hard work that our partners, employers and apprentices displayed throughout.

Despite the limitation of face to face interactions, the team at Hawk Training were still able to deliver an engaging programme of virtual events aimed at supporting individuals, organisations and local authorities by demonstrating how apprenticeships can help re-build employment.

We kicked off the week in style by showcasing case studies of some of our former and present apprentices!

Later in the week we supported a selection of our fantastic partners through information drop-in sessions, which included NHS Trusts such as Guy's and St Thomas', University Hospitals of North Midlands and South London & Maudsley, as well as Ealing council and the London Ambulance Service.

Then, to round off the week we hosted two fantastic events; including our roundtable forum: Building the Future: Post Pandemic Apprenticeships with MP Munira Wilson and guest speakers from The HML Group, before treating our partners and apprentices to an enthralling afternoon of mystery with our virtual Escape Rooms! Here's just a couple of the highlights:

Once again, thank you to everyone who helped make NAW21 such a special week given the circumstances. If you would like any further information on our apprenticeship programmes, traineeships or short courses then please do not hesitate to get in touch with us at hello@hawktraining.com.
